stay was good...food is also nice.. hotel staff is helpful and courteous. Rooms and washrooms are clean and spacious

Terrible. There are mice in the villas so please beware. Utterly disappointed with the service. Do not recommend.

The Experience was good. The room was big too. The location of the resort was very far. The food was top class! As per the amenities it was low in options. Service so fast, when I ordered something, it came in under 50 seconds!

There was a wedding in the resort, and all the importance was given to the wedding. Ala carte was stopped, and only buffet was allowed. The clubhouse is very far from the main building, and there is not much to play or enjoy in the clubhouse. The buffet was quite overpriced for the kind of variety it had. Overall, the room was good spacious, and had all the essential amenities that was the only good part of the resort

The stay was pathetic. V were given a first floor room with a view of the dustbin, trash and workers cleaning utensils. V could not enjoy the balcony or seat near the window bcoz of the stale view. Curtains had holes. V had to fight hard to get a replacement of d room and took us more than 2-3 hours. V could only enjoy after 6pm that day, which basically wasted half of our time there. Not at all worth the money and worst experience ever. Manager was soo rude

The worst experience ever. The office staff is literally careless about their service and the visitors. As the hotel doesn't give non-veg food, me and my husband were going outside the hotel for dinner. and the villa we got is 3rd villa from the reception building. So he was driving the bike with the speed of 20 only as there was a speed breaker too... all of a sudden the office staff was driving an auto hit us from behind and our bike crashed. The reason he said that oil was leaking and he couldn't hit the brakes so he hit us. i got injured very badly. my right hand is not yet moving at all.. Even my husband was injured... and for compensation they only took us to the local doctor who gave me painkillers that did not worked at all... Even the doctor said within premises the accident rate is more... he himself has treated many patients from the same resort. So i would recommend not to choose this hotel if you care about your safety. We came to spend quality time but that incident ruined the complete stay we planned. So we wanted a refund or compensation but he denied.

The property ambience is good but service is very poor and mainly bath room and washroom are not well maintained water pressure is very low and service is very slow.

A delightful stay at pushpam resorts. My family and i recently enjoyed a comfortable one-night stay at pushpam resorts. The room was cozy and well-maintained, and the room service was efficient and timely. A highlight of our stay was the excellent dining experience. The meals, which included lunch, hi-tea, dinner, and breakfast, were not only delicious but also offered a wide variety of dishes. Overall, we had a wonderful time at pushpam resorts and would wholeheartedly recommend it to others. We would definitely rate this stay 5/5.
